A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
After Installation of the java package, jnlp files are still not recognized when being launched from the browser.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
After installation, the JNLP protocol handler should be set by the installation and should not need to be set manually.

This bug can be reproduced always.
