As part of "JDK-8187444: Forest Consolidation: Make build work", nashorn ant makefile related fixes have been pushed. "test" and "test262parallel" targets are working fine.

Other targets such as javadoc, nashornapi, dynalinkapi, run, debug, octane, sunspider fail to run.

Also "shelldoc" can not be made to work in the modular world. That target and associated script should be deleted.
