A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
If you download and install jdk-9_windows-x64_bin.exe setup.
The installation configure the system path environment values to point the folder
jre-1.9.0

e.g.
C:\Program Files\Java\jre-1.9.0\
C:\Program Files\Java\jre-1.9.0\bin

But the right folder name is
jre-9
so the path configured by installer should be changed in
C:\Program Files\Java\jre-9\
and so on...



REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
