Can't install 64 bit Java on 64 bit Windows 7

      Windows 7x64

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I can't install the 64-bit version from java.com (https://java.com/ru/download/ or https://www.java.com/ru/download/manual.jsp ). Namely, the java installation does not start. Installation processes hang in Task manager. http://c2n.me/3NVss5s
      I only can install 32-bit version without problems.


      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
