Java Control Panel windows is blank in MAC OS 10.13

      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      Cannot run Java from Command Line in macOS, as it says I need JDK to make it work

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      macOS High Sierra 10.13 (17A405)

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
      Running under VMware Fusion 10.0.1 (6754183);VM has 8gb of RAM; Host OS is macOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29); Host Machine is Late 2015 27-inch Retina 5K iMac with 3.2GBz Intel Core i5 and 32GB of RAM

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When opening the Java Control Panel, the screen is blank - no content. The "running" application is "jcontrol".

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u152

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      In macOS, open System Preferences, open Java Control panel. Normal behavior is for the control panel to open in a separate window automatically. The windows opens but is blank, with a title of "Java Control Panel".

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      The expected result is for the Java Control Panel window to open with multiple tabs and options displayed.
      ACTUAL -
      A blank window titled "Java Control Panel"

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      None that I can determine other than to go back to the previous release.
