Update Application Class Data Sharing Documentation

The "Specifying Additional Shared Data Added to an Archive File" section needs to be updated after the change for 8184206. All string constants in shared classes will be resolved and string objects will be created/interned at CDS dump time. There is no longer a need to dump the list of strings and add to the archive config file. The information for dumping the strings and adding the strings to the archive config file can be removed from the documentation.
