Some of the links to various PKCS standards need to be updated. For example, the current link for PKCS #12 is http://www.emc.com/emc-plus/rsa-labs/standards-initiatives/pkcs12-personal-information-exchange-syntax-standard.htm which just resolves to a generic RSA Security page. EMC doesn't seem to be hosting URLs for the RSA Labs PKCS standards anymore.

The PKCS #12 standard has moved from RSA to the IETF as RFC 7292, so we should update the link. Similar links should be updated for PKCS #5.
