Windows: invalid windows/components location

      This bug is created as part of JDK-8144598.
      This deals with the Test.java. In JDK-8144598, it is wrongly mentioned that, this is a HiDPI issue, but this is not. It is always reproducible on Windows 10 with or Without HiDPI and never reproducible on Windows 7. Attached are two images Windows_7.png and Windows_10.png.
