The following three license files are for third-party components licensed under LGPL:

modules/javafx.media/src/main/legal/glib.md
modules/javafx.media/src/main/legal/gstreamer.md
modules/javafx.web/src/main/legal/webkit.md

They currently refer to the openjfx/9/rt repo. This needs to updated for JDK 10 to point to the (soon-to-be-created) persistent, release-independent repo, which will be here:
