[TestBug] A new test case can be added to javafx/scene/control/ProgressIndicatorTest.java

While fixing JDK-8189265 for 8u-dev an additional test case has been added. This needs to be added for JDK-10.

Refer to modules/controls/src/test/java/javafx/scene/control/ProgressIndicatorTest.java file in JDK 8u-dev.
The test case testProgressIndicatorObjectsInChangingStage() needs to be added to JDK-10-dev
