A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
java 1.8.0.151

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Install latest version of jdk-8u151-windows-x64 on window 7 64bit system and focus onl "change path window"
Its showing both the buttons on top of the window.
Buttons are rendered at good position after 5 to 10 minutes.
Not able to move to next window until it rendered those buttons on bottom.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Buttons should be showing on bottom of the window
ACTUAL -
Its showing both the buttons on top of the window

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
