With the commercial JDK build, the UseAppCDS command-line option should be used only if -XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures has been specified. Thus, for all tests under test/hotspot/jtreg/runtime/appcds to pass with the Oracle JDK build, the -XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures option needs to be specified.
The proposed changes affect only the Oracle JDK build. It does not affect the OpenJDK.
