compiler.calls.common.InvokeDynamicPatcher can be run as driver

compiler.calls.common.InvokeDynamicPatcher is used by compiler/calls and compiler/aot/calls tests to generate classfiles which use indy. this class doesn't have to be run by JDK under test and w/ any extra vm flags, hence it can be executed by '@run driver'
