Add GoDaddy root certificates

        The following GoDaddy roots (identified by the keystore alias) should be added to the cacerts keystore in OpenJDK now that the proper agreements are in place: godaddyrootg2ca, godaddyclass2ca, starfieldclass2ca, starfieldrootg2ca
