Case name:AU001-008-Daily-64
Test procedure:
(1) Log in as "Administrator"
(2) Install the current JRE version
(3) Open JCP and goto update tab. (Note the default update schedule)
(4) Launch "<AU_BIN_DIR>\jusched.exe" and wait for 6-8 mins. (Wait for the schedule randomization)
(5) Open JCP and goto update tab. (Note the new update schedule)
    (a) VERIFY it is different with the schedule before change.
(6) Open JCP and goto update tab, then click Advanced button and set frequency to daily.
(7) Prepare map file which will be used to AU from test version to NEXTBLD.

(8) Set the UpdateServletURL entry

(9) Set AU schedule to 10 minutes after current time
    See #3 in AutoUpdate_CommonSteps.txt for the detail steps.
(10) Invoke "<AU_BIN_DIR>\jusched.exe", wait for bubble 10 minutes max and VERIFY user is notified with the update available bubble

Actual result: At step (10), "jusched.exe" cannot be launched again. From the log, we can see 'Java Update Scheduler (jusched.exe) is already running.'
Currently, we need to kill 'jusched.exe' after step (5), then execute following steps and updating will be sccessful.
