JDK-8196786 enabled condy tests on Windows. Two of them now fails on Windows.

test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/condy/CondyRepeatFailedResolution.java
test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/condy/CondyReturnPrimitiveTest.java

and a third recently pushed:

test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/condy/CondyInterfaceWithOverpassMethods.java

This is due to the tests not closing a file, which causes the test infrastructure to fail on windows.
