      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      java version "9.0.4"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 9.0.4+11)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9.0.4+11, mixed mode)

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When one launches the Java cache viewer, either from the control panel or by running "javaws -viewer", the selected tab is :"user" and the list is empty; nothing shows. One way to force a refresh is to click the "system" tab, then go back to the "User" tab. The list is populated after that.

Related: changing the drop-down list from "Applications" to "Resources" shows the correct view; re-selecting "Applications" and the list does not change! (It still shows the resources, but says it's showing applications. Again, clicking "System" then "Application" refreshes the view correctly.

P.S. Sorry if this is a duplicate bug. I cannot view bugs from <https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/faq.do> with any browser I've tried.
