Test javax/swing/JFileChooser/7199708/bug7199708.java times out with following error message

test result: Error. Program `D:\Workspace\client\build\windows-x86_64-normal-server-fastdebug\images\jdk\bin\java' timed out (timeout set to 120000ms, elapsed time including timeout handling was 121121ms).

This test creates a folder and adds 30000 files in it. It takes a long time and the test fails.
I have run this on JDK11_1 build, both release and fastdebubg builds. This passes on release build but fails on fastdebug build.
