A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Tried on both Chrome and Opera.
jnlp files were downloaded - but Java wouldn't open them. It just hangs on the loading dialogue/screen.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
It's meant to work and play java in my browser, isn't it? Java is enabled.
ACTUAL -
downloads a jnlp file which hangs on opening.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
