      Windows 10 Pro

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      open a JNLP application;
      press CTRL + C and CTRL + V on some field and the application freezes.

      On older version of java, it's not happen!

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u152


      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
