For every JEP introducing new options/flags, it is expected that tests will cover relevant combinations of options usage. "Test methodology" section of the test plan is the right place to explain what combinations are needed to be covered in testing. This sub-task is assumed in addition explain how the coverage was calculated and provide necessary reports.
