This is a request for creation of some means which would simplify testing of the code responsible for showing and hiding the touch keyboard on MS Windows OS by allowing to show or hide the touch keyboard, even if the following 2 conditions are fulfilled:
1. Java application is shown on a display not supporting the touch functionality.
2. A user sets focus into a text component by means of a mouse instead of touching the text component area, while at the same time a physical keyboard is still attached to the host.
