non-zero Y advance of sheared font with fractional metrics

    Description

      Use Font2DTest and select "Shear" for font or graphics transform.
      Now select Fractional Metrics
      The glyphs are sheared but we also have a y-advance which
      rotates the baseline up to the right.
      This only occurs when using freetype.
