[macos] ImageCursor.getBestSize() throws NullPointerException

    Description

      While testing ImageCursor related tests, found the tests were not getting launched and found that ImageCursor.getBestSize() method throws NullPointerException.
      The issue is found with JDK 10 on macosx only.

      Attached test code to reproduce the issue.

      The actual result:
      The ImageCursor dialog can not be launched which is like REF1.png .
