      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
I've tried to install jdk 8 update 162 (both 64 bit and 32 bit). I tried several times, always with the same result.

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Windows 7 64 bit [6.1.7601]

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
System has a RAID 1 (Intel Rapid Storage Technology). I had one software product that would not activate on this PC. The vendor thought that the RAID array was responsible.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The installer claims that there is only 35 MBytes free. Windows claims 2.87 TB free. I believe Windows.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7u79

      ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:
I have JDK 7 update 79 installed. This installed without any problem.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Run the installer.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
I expected JDK 8 to install.
      ACTUAL -
Out of disk space - Volume 'C:'; required space: 359,525 KB; available space 35,560 KB. Free some disk space and retry.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
