Accent used in Text is corrupted in Windows

      When ran test case from JDK-8199840, text containing accent is different in Windows OS from macOS.
      In macOS, displayed text is same as what was used in java test program, where as in Windows, its different.
      PFA screenshots of test application in macOS & WIndows.
      PFA another reproducible test case where i have used 'Text' control instead of 'Alert' and behavior is same.
