java/nio/channels/AsynchronousChannelGroup/Basic.java fails intermittently

      This test is failing intermittently on Linux and macOS with "Group should have terminated".

      It's not a test bug, instead the changes JDK-8199791 have introduced a regression that prevents threads blocked on the port from waking up when the group is being shutdown.
