we have removed building MACOSX jdkdummy builds from install makefiles, but not removed them from closed/task-definitions.

SQE has said it needs these builds for testing.

we can either:
(A) fix the task-definitions to not require them to be built.
(B) restore code to build them
(C) do (A) now , and and post integration of JEP-179 do (B) and revert (A)
