Generate alias entries in j.t.f.ZoneName from tzdb at build time

    Description

      During working on JDK-8189784, I noticed there are alias entries based on TZDatabase's "Link" entries. Those are hard coded and never been updated. They should be properly generated at build time from the latest tzdata.
