ctw tests consists from two set of tests - ctw_1 and ctw_2.

ctw_1 group is too big and takes significant time to complete. It would be good to move following slow ctw tests into new ctw_3 group:
 applications/ctw/modules/javafx_graphics.java
 applications/ctw/modules/java_xml.java
 applications/ctw/modules/jdk_compiler.java
 applications/ctw/modules/jdk_internal_vm_compiler.java
 applications/ctw/modules/jdk_localedata.java
 applications/ctw/modules/jdk_scripting_nashorn.java
