        test/langtools/jdk/javadoc/doclet/DocRootSlash/DocRootSlash.java

        This test encourages/verifies bad behavior in the doclet by permitting broken links, such as omitting the / after {@docRoot}

        In addition, it contains explicit references to obsolete ids such as package_description.
