ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
Documentation issue, platform independent
A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
In API documentation page for java.time.LocalTime class in Japanese Language, such as <https://docs.oracle.com/javase/jp/8/docs/api/java/time/LocalTime.html#MIDNIGHT> and <https://docs.oracle.com/javase/jp/9/docs/api/java/time/LocalTime.html#MIDNIGHT> has incorrectly translated term "åå 0 æ" which should not be translated and left as is ("MIDNIGHT") as it describes name of constant.
At this moment I don't see it disclosed on the web but, I would strongly suppose that Java SE 10 API doc in Japanese would have the same issue.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Visit URLs like,
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/jp/8/docs/api/java/time/LocalTime.html#MIDNIGHT
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/jp/9/docs/api/java/time/LocalTime.html#MIDNIGHT
and see the constant documentation subtitle
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
It should read "MIDNIGHT".
ACTUAL -
It shows "åå 0 æ"
---------- BEGIN SOURCE ----------
No test code available.
---------- END SOURCE ----------
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Developers should understand the actual name for the constant is "MIDNIGHT" and code as such.
