A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Every time I attempt to open a JAR file I get the following message, "The Java JAR file "insert file name here" could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages."

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1.) Download the JAR file
2.) Double Click on said file
3.) Receive the error message

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Allowing me to open and run the file
ACTUAL -
Receiving the message "The Java JAR file "insert file name here" could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages."
