The closed test jdk/java/awt/font/Rotate/TextTransformTest.java fails with freetype.
This is not necessarily a significant problem as the conditions the
test was verifying could be quite dependent as well as the specifics of T2K
and even of the particular font being tested : Lucida Sans, and that
the differences it is looking for are tiny.
Also the test has failed on MacOS all along because of this, and
also on OpenJDK.
Arguably the test could be retired but we could also look at it, to see
what can be salvaged.
