The usage of a Default Menu Bar on MacOSX via Desktop.getDesktop().setDefaultMenuBar() leads to crashes when the Accessibility Zoom feature is used. Attached is a sample program to reproduce the issue together with a hs-err file of the crash.

How to reproduce (OS was MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 but probably lower version show this behavior, too):
1. Enable the accessibility Zoom feature via Settings->Accessibility->Zoom (e.g. via CTRL+Scroll gesture)
2. Start the test program
3. Use CTRL+Scroll to zoom in / zoom out
4. Close the Frame that was opened - this will show the default menu bar "Test-DEFAULT"
5. Select "Show New Frame"
This will provoke the crash
