A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The Digital Signatures of java.exe, java.dll etc. are missing at the official OpenJDK builds (openjdk-11-ea+17_windows-x64).
The same files of the OracleJDK have a Digital Signature. Is that on purpose or an open issue?
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Windows:
Open the properties dialog of the file e.g. java.exe.
OpenJDK:
Digital Signatures tab is missing
OracleJDK:
Digital Signatures tab exists and the list includes "Oracle America, Inc."
