Make parallel reference processing default for G1

      Description

        After the changes for JDK-8043575 we think that for G1 it is useful to make parallel reference processing in conjunction with dynamic thread sizing the new default.

        In more detail, if ParallelRefProcEnabled is not set elsewhere, and the number of GC threads is > 1, enable the former.
