Remove Applet support from J2Ddemo

Appletviewer has been removed so J2Ddemo can no longer be
run directly as an applet using the tools in OpenJDK.
I do need to verify that this isn't still used for running from jtreg, as a test,
but if not, we can remove the html file and uses of the Applet API from this
demo.
