The autoconf processing sets a TOOCHAIN_TYPE and
OPENJDK_TARGET_OS variable for use by later makefiles.
A recent change was made for one of the solaris checks to
properly check for the TOOLCHAIN_TYPE solstudio rather
than the OPENJDK_TARGET_OS solaris.

This issue will be used to follow up with any other use cases
where compiler and linker flags were being selected, that should
be based on the TOOLCHAIN_TYPE.
