This ticket is to a log an observation from Brian Goetz that we may want to make the lambda proxy classes to be value types. They meet the requirements, and "we've been sufficiently cagey about the identity question in the spec".

John Rose endorsed the idea and opined that we should do this, maybe not for n=1 but a small n in LWn.

This needs to be followed up.
