Many of the recent open sourced tests do not include a complete set of jtreg parameters. Most of the tests have a 5 minute -waittime covering timeouts for specific operations, such as waiting for a reply. The default jtreg timeout is 2 minutes. The makefiles that launch jtreg tests (RunTests and TestCommon)
include setting a timeoutFactor, typically 4, as a multiplier for slower
platforms or debug builds.
This issue will be used to track updates for meaningful /timeout=xxx settings
for these vmTestbase/nsk tests.
