A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When loading a FRAMES view of Javadoc created by Java 9 or 10, the browser page will reload 3-4 seconds after it first loads. If the user begins typing in the search bar (which has keyboard focus on load) then the contents of input box will be lost when the page reloads.
REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8u172
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. Load Javadoc page in Google Chrome.
2. Begin typing in search bar.
3. Notice that the page reloads a few seconds after it first opens.
4. Notice that the contents of the search bar get lost.
