Missing javafx.pom file

      The recent fix for JDK-8205919 missed the javafx.pom file. That file was committed to the develop branch of javafxports on GitHub, but the HG changeset that was pushed to jfx-dev on openjdk did not add that file.

      As a result that file is also missing from the master branch of javafxports on GitHub.
