We observed that test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/intrinsics/base64/TestBase64.java fails on some of our systems, especially ppc64 machines.
It looks like the test is testing a compiler intrinsic feature supported on Intel CPUs but not (yet) on ppc64 CPUs.
So the suggestion is to increase the timeout.
