vmTestbase:metaspace/gc/firstGC* tests are outdated

      vmTestbase:metaspace/gc/firstGC* became outdated after new GC Logging and might work not as expected.
      They could be updated to use JFR instead of logging.
      Until the tests are modified they should be quarantined.
