A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
During un update a Change in License Terms window pop up with one clickable text and an OK button. While the OK button works on the clickable text "More Information..." we are able to see the hover hand yet clicking it does not have any actions.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. window will appear to update the java to the latest version (previous version should be pre-installed)
2.click OK
3. Before starting a window will pop up "Change in License Terms" in title we have "Important Information about Oracle Java SE Roadmap" then it has 3 lines of string for future changes and that it does not have impact with the update I am doing now. Lastly is say Additional Information and there is a clickable test "More Information.." click on that text

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
a new window or online link will be opened showing additional information about the changes
ACTUAL -
nothing happens
