Fix coding style in test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/vm/mlvm/

      The tests have a different style (no {} for 1 liners; not explicitly testing the value !a instead of a == 0; etc.)

      This bug is to address this and fix/refactor as much as considered reasonable.
