The fix for https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8206075 introduce Label verification in debug builds which is hit by test compiler/cpuflags/TestSSE4Disabled.java
on hosts with AVX enabled

To reproduce just run
'java -XX:UseSSE=3'
on the host with AVX enabled.
