[testbug][ppc] Test SafepointPollingPages fails after 8208499 with UseSIGTRAP on.

      Description

        On ppc, with UseSIGTRAP on, trap instructions are used instead of polling the polling pages. No polling pages are allocated.

        To fix this, turn off the flag for the test.
