This is an umbrella bug to track build failures in FX when building on newer versions of Microsoft VS 2017 compilers, for example VC 14.15.26726
This is failing in at least two places, one in javafx.web and one in javafx.graphics (glass). I'm splitting this into separate bugs with this umbrella tracking bug so that we can get the default build working (the default build doesn't build WebKit or media).
